Draw a readable top-down vehicle
Start with small transparent images and separate the hull from the turret
Choose a canvas and silhouette
The sample hull uses a transparent 24×24 canvas with the front pointing up, draw dark tracks and a lighter body, prioritize a recognizable silhouette at game scale over tiny detail
Keep the turret separate
Keep the hull in body.png and the turret with its barrel in turret.png, place both beside the INI file and reference them separately, use an upward-facing barrel to inspect rotation

Turret coordinates are relative to the unit center, start at x:0 and y:0, if the art looks offset, inspect transparent padding before changing coordinates

Export transparent PNGs and replace the corresponding files, check the stationary silhouette, turret rotation and contrast on light and dark terrain, retain an editable source file
Try it yourself
Give the guard wider tracks while keeping the same canvas size and center
